Issued to R E Sanford, with the actual handwritten signatures of the Vice President and Secretary of the company. Vignette of eagle at the top of the certificate. Ornate green border with imprint of corporate seal.

Certificate size is 24 cm high x 21 cm wide (10" x 8.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
