   Certificate dated 26th February 1952, for 1,000 shares of common stock of par value $10.00 each. The company was incorporated in September 1850

Issued to Philip T Sharples, with the printed signatures of the President and Edward Beale, Treasurer  of the company. Vignette at top of certificate. Ornate red border.

Certificate size is 20 cm high x 30 cm wide (8" x 12"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
