shares of common stock, par value $2.50 each, dated 16th January 1975. Blue ornate border with imprint of
company seal and vignette of man and woman in front of a globe. Issued to
L Cartwright & Company, with the printed signatures of E L Nicholson,
President and Thomas R Igleski,
Secretary. This major US insurer was incorporated in 1967, but has been
in existence for more than 100 years. Certificate size is 20.5 cm
high x 30 cm wide (8" x 12"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame,
with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
