I started having the odd pint here
as a teenager. A group met here for my 18th and landlord, Bryan, said
You cheeky bugger, you've been drinking in here for 2 years. By then i
had moved to london, but on returning to visit my parents, i would
always call. A traditional local with games in the public bar and a posh
Lounge. Great landlord and landlady, good beer and a decent clientele. A
standard by which I judge all other pubs & sadly missed. |
