My relations used to own/run the pub, Ken Endersby a
cousin continued to live there after the pub closed. I remember that you
used to have to step down to get into the building. whether it was built
like that or the street level kept being raised as they resurfaced I
don,t know. I believe his mother was named Dot (short for Dorothy?)
Waring. I am flogging my memory here. |
