The Golden Harp was situated at 67 Furze Platt Road. This pub closed on 8th October 2012 and has now been converted to a Tesco Express store.

Donna 1969 My mum and dad ran the Golden Harp from 1968 until 1970, my auntie was a barmaid there. I remember there were stables at the back and being told that the pub had been, back in the day, a stopping place for horse drawn coaches going towards London .
