C16, much altered and modernised. 2 storeys.
Stucco over timber-framing. Tiled roof. 5 Yorkshire sashes on 1st floor.
Late C19 shop frames to ground floor windows to left. Early C19 reeded
surround and band below bracketed cornice on No 2; mullion and transom
(wood) windows. Corner entrance now a window. 3 window return to St Mary's
Butts, casements on 1st floor, glazing bar sashes on ground floor; applied
timbering with quadrilobe decorative band over 1st floor (C20). |
