The Rose & Crown was situated on
Wycombe Road. This pub was known as The Chiltern at
time of closure in 2013 and has now been converted to a private residence. |

This free house was, in 1974, the HQ of
South Bucks CAMRA. The landlord was the branch chairman and his beer was
outstanding. He even managed to get cask Courage Directors by threatening to
rip out their other products. |
