Three Horseshoes

The Three Horseshoes was situated on Green Hill. This pub closed in 1970 and is now in residential use. A grade-II listed building.
 
Listed building details:
Cottage. C17 and C18 extension to south west end. Brick, painted, and longstraw thatch roof with a ridge stack and tumbled north gable parapet on kneelers. One storey and attic. Three dormers each with a sixteen pane hung sashes. Four ground floor similar hung sashes and one casement. Doorway to centre bay. The bay to the south-west is an addition and at the rear is a thatched wing of one storey. The interior has exposed ceiling beams laid flat.
