Rutland Arms

The Rutland Arms was situated at 7 Lynn Road. This grade-II listed pub is now used as a fish restaurant and hairdressing salon. 
Listed building details:
Late C18 inn. Local brown brick. Low pitched slate roof with end stacks. Three storeys, four 'bays'. Four, second floor, four-paned hung sash windows, two, twelve-paned first floor hung sash windows and two painted blind windows in cambered gauged brick arches. Stucco ground floor with one, two-light, and two,  three-light hung sash windows with glazing bars. Entrance to right of centre in plain architraved doorcases. Wrought iron ornamental bracket with hanging sign.
