Walkers Vaults

 


The Walkers Vaults was situated on the corner of the Market Place and Church Street. This beerhouse was present by 1864 when the tenant was Thomas Walker. It closed in 1906 when it was referred to the Compensation Authority, with the North Cheshire Brewery receiving £609 in compensation.
