The Dockside Inn was situated at 27 South Road. The late Victorian pub has been closed for some time, and was put up for auction in March 2023. No result of auction known. Unfortunately, it is located within a short distance from the now infamous Runcorn Waste Incinerator which is blighting the lives of the local residents.
