publican in 1916 was Thomas Radford married to Emma (nee Beaumont). On his
death on 27 Feb 1916, Emma took over the licence. She married Dennis Allsop
in 1918 (he was the goalkeeper for Nottingham Forest in 1898 FA Cup Final).
Dennis died on 6 Oct 1921 and Emma took over the licence again. |
