The White Horse was situated at 99 Woodland Road.

I spent the start of my 18th birthday (1965) in the White Horse. I was friends with the landlords son had used the pub for a few years before that. I remember three 'ladies' in the pub nicknamed Ding, Dong and Bell who bought me a drink. I played Mr Tambourine Man by the Byrds on the JukeBox. Ended up in the Staffordshire Knot later in the evening.
