The Manor Inn was situated on Manor Row (later Brook Street). Present as The Kings Arms since 1833, it was a Dawlish Brewery tied house until the Heavitree takeover in 1926. This pub closed in 1952 for conversion to residential use (see photo below). The licence was transferred to The Hole In The Wall.
