The Wellington Inn was situated on the corner of King Street and Smythen Street. Present by 1852, the licence was refused in 1885, then renewed in 1856. Known as The Woodmans Arms until 1858, it was eventually closed following referral to the Compensation Authority in 1906. It was demolished and replaced by flats.
