Probably mid C19, 3 storey, stucco, lined and
painted+ 3 windows and 1 window on splayed corner. Slate roof hipped, and
splayed at corner. Eaves cornice. 1st floor band, sash windows with glazing
bars, architrave to upper windows. Chimney and 1 window on return south.
Ship and Plough Inn forms a group with Anchor Hotel, Fore Street in very
important position at entrance to town. |
