The Punch Bowl was situated at 2-6 Forder Street. This pub was present by 1758 and closed in 1918. Built on the site of an earlier, demolished pub called The New Inn. The building was damaged in 2007 following a fire, and subsequently demolished. Part of the stable block to the rear survives and is now in residential use.
