The Fox Inn was present by 1915 and is now in residential use.  The possible reason for a licenced premises at Folly, given its small size, was because in the 1930's whoever was the land owner for the village of Plush wouldn't allow licenced premises there and with Folly being about half a mile or there abouts from Plush, it served that village too.
