The Pullman Inn was situated on Jeffreys Road. This pub had a real Pullman carriage as the restaurant inside. The carriage had been the lead coach in Winston Churchill's funeral train and was removed to become part of a restaurant and wine bar near Elsenham Station, Bishops Stortford.
