The Castle was situated on High Street, closing c1990 and demolished 1998.

This pub has now been replaced by a Lidl supermarket.

Closed 1998 . Mick Pearson was one of the first and last acts that played there on Friday nights. Always a packed house, and great enjoyment for every one they were truly good days.
