The Kings Arms Inn at Wallbridge was kept by my parents from approximately 1949 till we moved to the Woodcutters Arms Inn at Whiteshill.  I don't remember much about the pub except that we used to get flooded out when we had heavy rain and the Fire Service used to come and pump  the water from the ground floor but what was left was horrid and smelly.  The pub was demolished to make way for Dr Newton's Way.
