The Ruby Inn was situated at 13 Lombard Street. This pub is now in residential use.

The Ruby Inn address was at number 13 Lombard Street upto the mid 1800s. Information held locally and indeed on the front door shows that The Ruby Pub was at number 1 Lombard Street from 1850 to 1923. Records definitely show the Ruby was at no. 1 from 1888. It is very likely that the pub needed to move into the larger premises from number 13 Lombard Street.
