The Seagull was situated at 13 Broad Street and is now used as an estate agents.

This pub was built in 1900 (possibly on the site of an earlier pub).  For most of its history it was tied to the Brickwoods Brewery of Portsmouth.  The pub closed in 1970 to become a restaurant, before becoming an estate agents offices.
