The Black Horse was situated at 65 Church Street. This pub was present by the 1840s when the Millard Brewery was run from here. It was bought by Welsh's Brewery in the early 1900s, then Coopers Brewery and finally Whitbreads. Closed 20th June 1967 and demolished shortly afterwards.
