The Stable Cottage was situated on
Strawberry Lane. This brick built beerhouse with a cellar was built in the
1830s and is now half of a semi detached cottage named Maisemore. Brewing
ceased in 1856 when tenant Richard Rogers moved to
Rubble Cottage to
continue his trade. |
