The Seahorse was situated at 109-111 Coast Drive. This pub was used as an off-licence and shop before being converted to The Seahorse. It closed in 2014.

I lived in the original premises 1961-63,when my parents were the proprietors.It was known as Estate wines,owned by Harvey's(of Harvey's of Bristol famed for sherry) My parents ran the shop selling groceries,toys,holiday souvenirs and wines and spirits.I believe Harvey sold the premises in or around 1967.
