Laura Richardson 1985 Lived here for a very short time I was married to the landlords son. Who was Mike Thomas and wife Mavis . Stayed non the main bedroom above the pub. One very late evening as were both going to sleep. We heard the two very large dogs starting to bark. Then from the left of the bedroom came an awful dragging noise. Both just lay very still not sure what to say or do. This noise carried on until it left the room down the stairs. Dogs still barking.
