My dad (John Edward Parish) was the Landlord and he and
Mum ran it as a Bed & Breakfast hotel. My sister was actually born in
the pub. My Dad got a TV for the Coronation and all the kids from the
neighbourhood sat round to watch. There are other memories of happy days |
