The Cicely Hole Hotel was situated at 109 Higher Audley Street.

My father and mother (Joseph and Elizabeth Cooley) were licensees of this pub in 1960 (could have been ’59, I was only 5!) for about 18 months. I have a photo of them behind the bar with a couple of staff and a newspaper cutting reporting my dad being prosecuted for letting people drink after time! (see below).
