The Vulcan Hotel was situated on Nab Lane across from Backburn Tech. In a
certain era it was always part of the "Barbary Coast" along with other pubs
like the Jubilee (stiil there), George and Dragon (gone) The Ribblesdale
(still there but renamed) and The Peel (renamed the Malt and Hops) plus several
others. |
