The Bay Horse was situated on Catforth Road. This pub closed in 2009.
John Hodgkinson, licensee of the Bay Horse, Catforth, was summoned for failing to send signed statements to the police regarding persons staying in his house within 24 hours of their arrival. Defendant who in June last was fined 10s for a similar offence said the matter had slipped his memory. Magistrates imposed a penalty of 20s.
