The Brockholes Arms was situated at 113 Garstang Road. This grade-II listed pub closed in August 2015 and is now used as an Italian bistro.
 
Now reopened as a pub again.

Listed building details:
Public house, early-to-mid C19. Sandstone ashlar with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, with one bay to each side of porch. Facade is a symmetrical composition with plinth, clasping pilasters, 1st floor sill band and eaves band. The windows have plain ashlar reveals and inappropriate modern external shutters. On the ground floor they are sashed, on the 1st floor sashed with glazing bars. Above the cornice of the tetrastyle Ionic porch is a plaque with moulded border inscribed: 'BROCKHOLES ARMS'. On the 1st floor above the porch is a carved shield of arms with crest, flanked by pilasters. Chimneys on side walls. The left-hand return wall, facing north, is of 3 bays with pilasters between bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have architraves. Those to the outer bays on the ground floor have cornices. The central window on the ground floor is tripartite with a pediment.
