The Caribou was situated on Victoria Terrace. It was a
Thwaites brewery pub which has now been converted into luxury flats.
The Caribou opened in 1781 as the Pier Hall, then later the
Grapes, then Gerrards and finally The Caribou in 1837. Converted to flats in
2002. |
