The Simonstone Hotel was situated on Simonstone Lane.  The landlord who had it from the early 90’s for over 10yrs when he sold it to a pub management company. The years that followed it was a revolving door of tenants who would be there for 12 months or so. After closing it was bought by the ribble valley MEP who turned it into his private residence.
