The Black Horse was situated at 25 Lutterworth Road. This pub replaced an earlier, now demolished, building of the same name. It closed in 2012 and is to be converted into housing.

After a four year absence, the pub opened on 2nd December 2016 after a four year battle by the community to bring a pub back to the village – with the community group having raised the funds to purchase the building and find a tenant.
