The Bay Horse was situated on Shore Road. This pub was present by 1852 when the publican was George Broughton, and closed in 2012. Plans to demolish and rebuild as a bar, restaurant, B & B and 2 x 4 bedroom houses was rejected by N. Lincs Council planning dept. in Jan 2015

According to The Lincolnite, The Bay Horse "...is to be brought back into use and divided into a takeaway, a shop and three flats as well as a pub."
