The Bell was situated at 83 High Street.

I lived in gosberton in the early 1950,s my dad worked in gosberton we lived at a big house on the left of road going to Donnington called homeleigh next to his work. my dad was a regular at the bell inn I called in about 1998 what lovely old pub. it was Sunday lunchtime the landlady came in the bar with lots of food left over from the restaurant upstairs. meat veg a big jug of hot gravy plates etc. Help yourselves all free, a man at the bar could recall my dad ask how is bert, my dad was Herbert Fairbanks, he died in 1967. sorry it has closed I think there was a fish and chip shop down the street at the side
