The Pear Tree Inn was situated on Pear Tree Road It was owned by the Soulby, Son & Winch brewery until 1951 when it was purchased by JW Green of Luton. This pub closed on 4th April 1961 and is now used as a private house. Present by 1881 when the publican was John Woolley.
