The Durham Ox was situated at 13 Oxford Street. This pub was opened in October 1844, closed in December 1955 and demolished in 1957 to make way for Pelham Bridge. Publicans include William Smith in 1872, John Wrench in 1919, and Walter Eastmead from 1930 to 1953.
