The Cross Keys Inn was situated at 40 St Marys
Street and is now in retail use. The publican in 1919 was Francis Haythorpe. |
|
Publican in 1842 was Noah Norton. Noah built
Freeman’s Cottages in Melancholy Walk, Stamford. His son, Robert Norton, was
a silversmith and clockmaker who had a shop in High Street Stamford. |
