Saints Place. This grade-II listed pub closed in 2016 and was previously known as The
Marsh Harrier. |

building details: |
Early C19. 3 storeys, Mansard roof
of stone slates. Front elevation is early C20 and late C19. Ashlar. Upper
storeys have fake half-timbering, slightly bowed, with a 5-light bowed
window on the top floor above a 10-light window on the 1st floor. Early C20
public house front with tiled pilasters and stall risers. Crown Street
elevation of 3 storeys, 4 windows, double-hung sashes with glazing bars in
stone architraves; band continues cills. Ground floor has one early C19
pedimented doorcase and later C19 public house doorway and window. One of
windows retains glazing bars. Band at cill height. |
