The Sloop Inn was situated at Tetney Lock. This pub is now used as a private residence. Present by 1881 when the publican was Henry Hundleby who ran it for half a century.

Name Dates Comments Peter Todd 1951/2024 My father Arthur Henry Todd was landlord when it closed and became the family home. He bought the pub when it closed from Hewetts brewery and my brother Michael Todd lives in it today.
