Markhouse Arms

The Markhouse Arms was situated at 33 Queens Road, on the corner of Union Street. This pub was present by 1861 when Edward Genever was publican. It was rebuilt in the 1930s and demolished in the mid-1960s, to make way for Kelmscott School.
