Name Dates Comments Peter Harris 1959/1982 My father was the licensee from 1959 to his death in 1982. Trevor Wood 1966/1967 Customer at pub. Remember frank well. Have always wondered what happened to Bernie The barman and Charlie. I think Bernie spent time at the horse and well Woodford. John Glynn was a regular, sadly passed away. The pub closed at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and I used to wonder what they all did until 6! The barman lived in Mrs Harris I think cooked the meals, which no one seemed to complain about.
