The Queen Victoria was situated at 72 Barnet
Grove. This was a Watney’s Brewery pub,
present by 1873. In around 1990, along with
several other small, under-performing pubs in the area, it was sold to
Bellhaven. Closure came almost indecently soon afterwards, in 1993, and the
pub was converted to private residential use. |
