The Ancient Briton was situated at 44a Glaucos
Street.
This pub was built in 1855 when Glaucus Street was first developed. By
the twentieth century it was a Charrington’s Brewery pub. It closed in
2005 and was demolished in 2007, with flats being built on the site. |
