Northumberland Arms

The Northumberland Arms was situated at 78 Well Street.
 
This pub was established by 1871 and was tied to the Courage Brewery of Southwark.  It closed in around 1990 and was demolished in July 1996, with flats built on the site (see photo above).

Terry was the last manager of this pub. It closed due to a fire. This was my local for about 3 years, I also used to perform there with a band called Reflections.
