Elaine Stebbings 1973 I worked there as a trainee manager with my ex husband for a couple called Mr and Mrs Farrell from February 1973 to July 1973. It was owned by the Ind Coope Brewery
Aidan O'Leary 1969-1971 I was a chef at this place . It was managed by a Mr Griffiths and his somewhat flakey wife, Connie. Good employer. Fair and appreciative of our hard work. They left to manage The Princess Elizabeth Paddle Steamer that was docked at St Katherines Dock. I was installed as Head Chef and worked extremely hard to build a good reputation for the place. Was fired in 1972 with some others during a change of direction. I really enjoyed those years .
Tom Donegan 1977 I worked as a barman, busy pub, a lot of stockbrokers and the like. Mr Farrell had it then.
