The Sir George Robey was situated at 240 Seven Sisters Road. Also known as Robey and the Clarence Tavern, this pub has been derelict for some time though displays some elements of partial redevelopment which remains in limbo. At one time, a popular music hall venue. It closed in 2002 and was demolished in 2015.

Piers Quick 1986-1988 I used to see bands here regularly. I played several gigs here as well, when I was in a band called Shoot! Patricia Carr 1990 My brother Paul Mackle worked in this bar for quite some time. Paul passed away on 03/11/2001, aged 48. if anyone that knew Paul or maybe have photos or information of that that era, we would appreciate them contacting us.
